Timothy B. Stephenson Jr.

As Regional Manager, Tim oversees the day-to-day brokerage operations for Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia & King of Prussia offices. Tim started his career as a Investment Sales Broker with Marcus & Millichap in 2017 in Chicagoland. During his tenure in Chicago, Tim became a top agent in his office, handling in excess of $250 million dollars in sales over 70+ transactions.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tim graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
