The Marcus & Millichap Internship

The Marcus & Millichap Internship is a paid six-week corporate-sponsored program in which rising college seniors work directly with established, successful brokers and capital markets professionals to prepare for a career in commercial real estate (CRE). This unique opportunity is a blend of education, training, and mentorship where interns will be in-office for the day-to-day CRE experience while also having the chance to attend workshops and Marcus & Millichap University classes and network with senior brokers and capital markets professionals.

The William A. Millichap Fellowship

Named for the late William A. Millichap, the Fellowship is a rigorous 24-month training program designed to unleash the potential of tomorrow’s commercial real estate leaders. During the program, Fellows will receive the training, coaching, tools, and resources they need to excel in their career journeys, as well as a generous compensation and benefits package.

Marcus & Millichap and Project Destined

Marcus & Millichap partners with Project Destined in the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas to provide participants with mentors of various levels including executives, regional managers, and investment sales professionals who teach intern scholars the nuances of commercial real estate. Participants benefit from an eight-week Investment Sales Bootcamp featuring an executive speaker series, specialized workshops, and scholarship opportunities. 

Military Bridge to Brokerage Program

As a DOD SkillBridge partner, we designed a Bridge to Brokerage program that offers a rigorous six-month training, combining mentoring with direct hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales and financing. With a history of success, our training program is designed to create leaders in the real estate field either as a real estate advisor, capital markets professional, or a member of our corporate staff.
