Lake Fork is widely regarded as one of the premier bass fishing destinations in the United States, and this property has served as a cornerstone of the lake’s fishing community for over 40 years under the same family’s ownership. The property offers a diverse mix of revenue streams including 34 motel rooms, two newly remodeled suites, a duplex with two rentable units, 90 annual RV sites, 20 overnight RV sites, a tackle and retail store, non ethanol gasoline, propane, and coin-operated laundry. All motel rooms and suites were fully renovated in 2018. The RV park operates at 98 percent occupancy and typically maintains a waiting list for the annual sites. The property hosts five of the largest amateur fishing tournaments in the nation and draw consistent repeat business across multiple generations of returning guests. Lake Fork Marina is a recognized hub for the lake’s guide community. There are approximately 100 professional licensed fishing guides on Lake Fork, many of whom operate out of the marina.
