David Tietz

David Tietz is an associate director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. He specializes in manufactured housing properties throughout Texas, Louisiana and the broader southern United States. In his role as a commercial real estate advisor, he assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets while providing strategic guidance to help investors achieve their financial goals.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022, he has completed over 30 transactions totaling more than $40 million in sales volume. His client-first approach and commitment to advising investors on the best path forward have contributed to his early success. Tietz was recognized as the top emerging agent in the Houston office in 2025 and as the top agent under 24 months in the Houston office in 2024.
