PFLUGERVILLE, Texas, Aug. 21, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Windermere Drive Retail Center, a 10-suite shopping center in Pflugerville, Texas.

Solomon, along with Philip Levy and Doug Diffie, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, exclusively represented the seller, Ridge Hill Investments, and successfully procured the buyer, a New York-based investment group.
Windermere Drive Retail Center is a 34,311-square-foot, fully occupied shopping center located at 15806 Windermere Dr. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2013, the property spans 4.09 acres and includes four buildings. It is situated at the intersection of Windermere Drive and W. Pecan Street, receiving visibility from over 34,800 vehicles per day. Tenants include a mix of service-oriented businesses such as Valery Hair & Nails, Los Amigos Meat Market and Iglesia El Shaddai Church.
