PETERSBURG, Fla., May 28, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of GuideWell Emergency Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, for $4,350,000. GuideWell Emergency Medical Centers are the emergency provider arm of GuideWell, supported by its extensive insurance network.
