The 27-unit multifamily property sold for $6.375 million.
Gallatin Apartments was exclusively listed in a cooperating partnership between Marcus & Millichap’s Matthew E. Whiteside, Senior Managing Director of Investments, and Marcus & Millichap colleague Mark Peltin, First Vice President of Investments and Blake Hanlon, Senior Associate. After an extensive marketing campaign, Matthew Whiteside procured the buyer for the transaction.
Located at 2515 N Wauwatosa Avenue, Gallatin Apartments is a luxury apartment property constructed in 2020 which boasts open floor plans, granite countertops, marble surfaces in bathrooms, and stainless-steel appliances in each unit.
