NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 29, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Plaza 170 in North Miami Beach, Florida. The property sold for $6,785,000.
