Marcus & Millichap Announces Sale of Little River All Seasons Storage

LITTLE RIVER, S.C., Nov. 13, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of All Seasons Storage in Little River, South Carolina.
"In a challenging debt market, it was imperative for us to gather many offers to give the deal maximum exposure,” says Sam Slocum, associate. “Through our marketing efforts, we generated 25 offers before ultimately choosing the one that best met our clients' needs.”
Slocum, Stacey Gorman, and Cameron Bradford, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta and Charleston offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Alan Ambrose. The buyer, Todd Snook with Valley Storage, was also procured by Gorman and Slocum. Benjamin Yelm, Marcus & Millichap’s Broker of Record in Charleston, assisted in closing the transaction.

With a daily traffic count of 31,600 vehicles, the property is currently at 97% occupancy. Additionally, the property offers potential for expansion by replacing the existing parking lot.
