ABERDEEN, WA, October 31, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of ABC Mini Storage, a 20,714-square foot self-storage facility located in Aberdeen, WA, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm’s Seattle office. The asset sold for $2,250,000.
Christopher R. Secreto, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Secreto.
ABC Mini Storage is located at 6221 Olympic Hwy in Aberdeen, WA. The Facility was built in 1997 and has 172 units. Aberdeen is located in southwestern Washington state and is approximately 20 miles from the Pacific coast.
