SHREVEPORT, La., November 8, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Olde Salem Village, a 200-unit apartment community located in Shreveport, Louisiana. The property sold for an undisclosed price.
John Hamilton, Bryan Sisk and David Dorris, investment advisors with Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Continental Foundation, Inc. The property was bought by Thara Properties, LLC.
