Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a Net-Leased Dollar General in Pendleton, South Carolina

PENDLETON, South Carolina, October 30, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a Dollar General, a 9,002-square foot net-leased property located in Pendleton, South Carolina, according to Steven D. Weinstock, Regional Manager and Senior Vice President of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset went contract to close in 33 days and sold for over 96 percent of list price at $1,312,500.
