Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 20,000-Square-Foot Net-Leased Property

EAU CLAIRE, WI, June 7, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of US Army Reserve Area Maintenance Site, a 20,000-square-foot net-leased property located in Eau Claire, WI, according to Todd E. Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Minneapolis office. The asset sold for $1,543,318.
Tom Gommels, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Christopher Biuso, Rory Shelby and Scott Gould, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office. Regional Manager and Broker, Todd Lindblom, assisted in closing this transaction.
US Army Reserve Area Maintenance Site is located at 3810 McIntyre Avenue in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. There was significant interest in this deal. We were able to generate several offers including multiple at or above list price. Our marketing resulted in interest from California to New York and Florida, resulting in selecting and closing with an out of state buyer.
