Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 48,000-Square-Foot Industrial Property in North Attleborough

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass., May 25, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 215 Plain St., a 48,000-square-foot small bay industrial property located in North Attleborough, Massachusetts. The asset sold for $7,050,000.
