EUFAULA, Ala., May 2, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Quality Inn & Suites Eufaula, an 80-room hotel located in Eufaula, Alabama.

Hicklin and Robert S. Hunter, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Alabama-based LLC. The Atlanta-based buyer was also procured by Hicklin and Hunter. Eddie Greenhalgh, Marcus & Millichap’s Broker of Record in Alabama, assisted in closing this transaction.
