Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of A 26,261-Square Foot Retail Property

JERSEY VILLAGE, TEXAS, November 11, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Crossroads Plaza, a 26,261-square foot retail property located in Jersey Village, Texas, according to Ford Noe, Regional Manager of the firm’s Houston office.

Alex Wolansky, Gus Lagos and Zuhare Rizvon, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was procured by Wolansky, Lagos and Rizvon.

“In an effort to mitigate risk in the transaction and assist the buyer in attaining favorable financing, our team collaborated with the Seller’s leasing agent, Dani Allison of Resolut RE, to successfully renew the lease of a significant tenant at the shopping center. By piecing together solutions for this transaction’s unique challenges, we ultimately closed on this sale with a happy Seller and Buyer,” said Wolansky.

Crossroads Plaza is located at 19708 Northwest Freeway in Jersey Village, Texas.
