Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 22,150-Square-Foot Self-Storage Facility

DUPO, ILLINOIS, May 3, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Gateway Storage of Dupo, a 22,150-square-foot self-storage located in Dupo, Illinois, according to Dave Saverin, regional manager of the firm’s St. Louis office. The asset sold for $1,300,000.

Marla Čolić and Anne Williams, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis and Memphis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Anne Williams and Marla Čolić. Steven Weinstock, Illinois Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Gateway Storage of Dupo is located at 715 Falling Springs Rd in Dupo, Illinois. “Our family is incredibly grateful for Marla’s guidance from the first day of marketing to the final hours of closing,” said the seller of Gateway Storage. “With Marla’s help, we received multiple offers from qualified storage investors from around the country and sold our storage facility at top dollar.”
