Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 137-Unit Manufactured Home Community Portfolio

OXFORD, NC, November 17, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a five park, 137-unit manufactured home community portfolio located in Oxford, NC. This predominantly park-owned home portfolio includes private utilities and sold for $7.45 million, according to Benjamin Yelm, regional manager of the firm’s Charlotte Uptown office.

Dylan Hellberg and Glenn D. Esterson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Charlotte Uptown office, had the exclusive listing to market the portfolio on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Hellberg and Esterson also secured and represented the buyer, another limited liability company.
