Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 14,820-Square-Foot Net-Leased Property in Fairlawn, Ohio

Fairlawn, Ohio, October 21, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Walgreens, a 14,820-square-foot net-leased property located in Fairlawn, Ohio, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Cleveland and Columbus offices. The asset sold for $7,800,000.

Dustin Javitch, Craig Fuller, Erin E. Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

Walgreens is located at 3009 W Market Street in Fairlawn, Ohio. Dustin Javitch, lead investment specialist, said the following regarding the transaction, “This was a unique opportunity for the buyer to acquire a Walgreens in a highly affluent and active retail corridor in the Akron, Ohio MSA.”
