Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 6,824-Square-Foot Office Building in Selmer, Tennessee

Selmer, Tennessee, September 28, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Social Security Administration, a 6,824-square-foot office property located in Selmer, Tennessee, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office. The asset sold for $1,353,600.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Justin Fenn, Dan Yozwiak and Darpan Patel.
