Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a Topgolf in Washington DC

GERMANTOWN, MD, September 24, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the Topgolf in Germantown, MD, a 65,976-square-foot net-leased property located on a 11.5-acre site directly off Interstate-270, according to Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Austin Smith, David S. Crotts and Dean Zang, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Matan Companies, who developed the property in 2019. The buyer, a 1031 private investor from California, was secured and represented by Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office.
