Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 93,820SF Self-Storage Facility

July 14, 2021

ODESSA, MO, July 14, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of R&S Mini Storage, a 93,820-square foot self-storage located in Odessa, MO, according to Josh Caruana, regional manager of the firm’s St. Louis office. The asset sold for an undisclosed price.

“This closing is a win for both seller and buyer,” says Marla Čolić, senior associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. “The sale enables the sellers to enjoy retirement and grants the buyer strong income within the Kansas City MSA.”

Čolić, in addition to Anne Williams-Blackwell, first vice president investment in the firm’s Memphis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, another limited liability company, was also secured by Čolić.

R&S Mini Storage is located at 400 W Mason St in Odessa, MO. Located 366 miles east of downtown Kansas City, the property sits on 8.2 total acres and offers the opportunity for expanding beyond its current total of 469 units and 93,820 rentable square feet.
