Tyler Bradley

Tyler Bradley is an Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap in the firm's San Diego Del Mar office, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. As part of a national industrial team, Tyler focuses primarily on San Diego and Southern California, working alongside the Tashakorian Group to advise private clients and investors throughout the region.

Originally from Orange County, California, Tyler moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University, where he studied Business Management with a focus in Real Estate. During his final semester, he began working at Marcus & Millichap while completing his degree, graduating with honors.

Tyler has a passion for cultivating relationships, and that approach drives how he works with clients — taking the time to understand their goals and building trust throughout the transaction process. His academic background and hands-on experience have given him a strong foundation in industrial market analysis, underwriting and disposition strategy. Tyler is committed to helping property owners and investors navigate the industrial market with a client-first approach grounded in strong communication and long-term relationship building.
