Troy Trecroce is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap in the Tampa office, specializing in manufactured housing communities across Florida. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Troy led acquisition efforts resulting in more than $80 million in closed transactions. His background as a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he served 11 years on active duty, contributes to his disciplined, results-driven approach to client advisory. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
