Tracy Grair helps private owners and investors of retail properties unlock value and de-risk transactions across Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Orange Counties. A member of Marcus & Millichap’s Ovaness-Rostamian Group, Tracy combines the firm’s national marketing platform with an operator’s eye for improving NOI, positioning assets, and creating competitive deal dynamics.
Drawing on 17+ years managing her family’s Southern California retail portfolio, Tracy brings the owner’s perspective to every engagement—tightening leases, minimizing downtime, optimizing tenant mix, and aligning capital with the business plan. Earlier in her career at Chicago Title Company (2003–2008), she supported more than $1B in commercial transactions, giving her uncommon fluency in title, escrow, and closing logistics that keeps deals on track.
