Steve Greer

A Baton Rouge native and industry veteran, Steve brings expert knowledge of the area and the market to the firm. A sample of his previous roles includes lead agent with Berkshire Hathaway United Properties and senior advisor for SVN Commercial Real Estate. In addition, Greer owned Highland Mortgage Company, Inc. and was a partner in Title Plus. Altogether, Greer brings over 26 years of experience into his role. Greer has prided himself on excellent service and devotion to his clients, whom he truly sees as friends and partners. He is elated to continue this people-centered practice with the Marcus & Millichap team.

My professional journey includes leadership roles in mortgage management, title services, and commercial real estate. These experiences have equipped me with valuable insights into operations, investment properties, and market trends. Currently serving as Senior Director / Broker of Record at Marcus & Millichap since October 2024.
