Samantha Aleman

Samantha Aleman is an Associate, Investments at the firm, specializing in Multifamily Commercial Real Estate within the East San Gabriel Valley and Greater Inland Empire markets. She began her career at the firm in 2024 as a market and financial analyst before quickly advancing to her current sales role. In 2025, she joined the McCauley & Covarrubias Team, where she continues to leverage her expertise to assist property owners with the acquisition and disposition of assets.

A proud Inland Empire native, Samantha grew up in Riverside County. She earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Finance from the University of La Verne, equipping her with the knowledge to help clients maximize their real estate investment portfolios and achieve long-term wealth.

Outside of her professional work, Samantha is passionate about giving back to her community. She enjoys helping college students build their knowledge in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real estate, empowering the next generation of leaders.
