Sam Ethridge is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Baton Rouge office, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam gained valuable industry experience working for prominent Louisiana real estate developer, Mike Wampold.
