Richard F. Getz

With over 40 years in the Shopping Centre Industry in 5 different decades, Mr. Getz brings a wealth of experience and contacts to the Marcus & Millichap team. He has been involved at a Senior level in every facet of the retail industry. His extensive background in Leasing, Sales and Development will continue to benefit his long term and trusted relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Private and Institutional Investors throughout Ontario.

Richard is an active and long-standing Member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres). He has also dedicated much of his adult life to the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health as a Committee Member, Board Member and Fundraiser, which he continues to do.
