Porter Curran

Porter Curran joined the Baltimore office of Marcus & Millichap in March of 2019. As a Multifamily Investment Sales Associate, Mr. Curran is responsible for representing clients in the sale of various multifamily properties ranging from 50-300 units in Maryland and Pennsylvania. As a key member of Sean Brown’s team, who is one of the company’s top producers, Porter helps the team’s clients throughout the entire sales process, as well as provides diligent market research and opportunity driven lead generation for investors seeking new acquisitions. Mr. Curran is well connected with an array of clients and owners, ranging from family ownership to private equity groups.

Mr. Curran is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Law. He holds a Salesperson’s license in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
