Phil Schrager

Phil Schrager specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net leased properties nationwide. He joined the firm in 2023 after gaining experience with a private development company in Atlanta and earning his degree from Indiana University in 21’. Phil is driven, client-focused, and leverages the Sambazis Retail Group’s proprietary database, providing access to one of the largest buyer pools in the country. Outside of the office, Phil enjoys spending time on the Torrey Pines golf course or on the basketball and pickleball courts with friends and family.
