Peter Doukas

Peter's hard work alongside his excellent ability to communicate and navigate the complexities of commercial land brokerage, has made him a successful agent under Bouldin’s Land Group. Which has over 40 years of real estate brokerage and development experience throughout Florida & the Southeast.

Mr. Doukas has earned a prestigious education from the Florida State University, where he received a Master’s Degree in Finance with a Real Estate Specialization in 2020 along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate May of 2019, from the College of Business. His background stems from financial management of firms, investments, analysis of financial statements, and applied economics.

Peter’s wide range of experiences have established the key skills to work well with a variety of others, maintain excellent retail, and conduct clear and precise details with transactions.
Prior to this experience, Peter worked for Lakonian Investments LLC, researching and evaluating deals in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Doukas worked closely with developers in order to assist ground up developments. Peter offers in depth knowledge on how to analyze cost and profit data to maximize profits, organize management investment portfolios, perform research services, execute difficult sales, and manage builder performance.

Mr. Doukas applies a distinctive mix of skill sets from experiences in order to address urgent matters appropriately. Peter’s dedication and diligence are prime examples why he maintains long lasting relationships with his clients.
