Paul Casella

Paul Casella is a Senior Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, specializing in Auction Services for commercial real estate assets nationwide. He works with private investors, institutions, lenders, and special servicers to streamline the disposition process through strategic marketing and the efficiency of the auction platform. By combining data-driven analysis with national market exposure, Paul helps clients achieve accelerated closings and maximize value across all market conditions.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2025, Paul built extensive experience in commercial real estate and auction sales. He began his career at The Weitzman Group, focusing on the leasing and sale of grocery-anchored retail centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He later joined Ten-X, where he managed auction transactions for banks, REITs, special servicers, and Fortune 100 companies. During his tenure, Paul consistently ranked among the firm's top producers and set the company record for the highest number of active bidders in a single auction event.

With more than six years of industry experience, Paul has successfully completed nearly 300 commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $500 million in value. His expertise spans retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily properties, allowing him to guide clients through every stage of the auction process—from valuation and asset positioning to execution and closing.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University, with studies in Economics and Finance. Originally from Bedminster, New Jersey, he enjoys hiking, traveling to remote destinations, and working on his cars in his free time.
