Nick Pantieras

Nick Pantieras is Senior Managing Director for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Canada, Director of Institutional Property Advisors, and formerly a founding Partner of Primecorp Commercial Realty Inc., Brokerage. With over twenty-seven years of success in commercial real estate, Nick specializes in the brokerage of commercial investment properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors. Nick provides expertise in underwriting, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions.

Nick is a Senior Managing Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division – a boutique brokerage firm platform designed to support the needs of institutional and major private commercial property investors by combining the customized client services with the broad resources and market coverage of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.

Nick is a graduate of Queen’s University Executive MBA Program and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Nick is a past recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal’s top 40 under 40 Business Person Award. Nick holds certificates in Real Estate Capital Markets and Management from Harvard Business School and has earned a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions at The Wharton School-UPenn. Nick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and the Toronto Real Estate Board.
