Myles Dempsey

Myles brings a unique blend of military precision and investment expertise to commercial real estate. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he launched his real estate career while serving in Special Operations as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician for the United States Navy. During his service, Myles invested as a principal in multiple commercial properties and partnered on development projects in major U.S. markets including Denver, Chicago, Houston, and Washington, D.C. He has sourced, analyzed, and underwritten thousands of properties for national developers and private investment groups.

His distinguished military career includes leadership roles and specialized certifications such as Master EOD Technician, Master Training Specialist, and Military Free Fall Parachutist. Myles supported high-stakes missions worldwide, including explosive threat mitigation for the U.S. Secret Service, and deployments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Myles holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, earned on a full scholarship. His background in risk assessment, complex problem-solving, and operational leadership gives him a strategic edge in identifying opportunities and mitigating risk for his clients. As both an investor and developer, Myles offers a perspective that sets him apart—delivering value through disciplined underwriting and market insight.
