Michael Turkiewicz specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities on behalf of developers, private equity funds, and institutional investors. Michael is also called upon to source prime land and private equity limited partnerships for development of Seniors Housing communities in high barriers-to-entry markets throughout the US.

Mr. Turkiewicz received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Memphis and is a member and participant in various Seniors Housing associations, conferences, and events.
