Megan Sullivan

Megan Sullivan is a national healthcare investment sales associate of the Roti-Rodgers Group at Marcus and Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office. Megan has contributed to a team that has closed on over $700,000,000 in real estate transactions.



Megan offers a relationship-based approach to advise clients on how to maximize value in every stage of the ownership cycle. Her professionalism and transparency, coupled with her background in commercial real estate, ensures that her client’s goals are attained.



Megan received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, she worked as an analyst in Chicago, aiding several teams with generating various property reports, underwriting properties and utilizing marketing techniques to deliver significant results for clients. When Megan is not with clients or in the office, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
