Lucas Jalenak

Lucas Jalenak is a hospitality specialist in our Nashville office. A Memphis native, he has lived in all 3 major cities in Tennessee (Memphis, Knoxville, Nashville). Lucas joined after graduating from the University of Tennessee, where he majored in finance with a minor in marketing. Throughout his collegiate career, he focused on real estate, taking commercial real estate courses with a heavy concentration on financing/underwriting and interning at two other commercial firms before Marcus & Millichap.

Lucas found his passion for the hospitality industry at one of his first jobs at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Since then, he has worked at three different hotels across the state of Tennessee. He currently works alongside the Marcus & Millichap National Hospitality Group, where he is mentored by some of the firm’s top hospitality agents. The NHG has been ranked #1 nationally in hotel investment sales for the past 7 years, having transacted over 377 hotels in 2023.

In his free time, Lucas likes to stay active and has a multitude of hobbies, including skiing in the winter and the outdoors. He also enjoys practicing piano and guitar, grilling, watching college football, and spending time with friends and family.
