Lisa Malone is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s San Antonio office, specializing in medical office investment sales. She advises medical office owners and investors on property valuation, portfolio positioning and strategic real estate decisions throughout the San Antonio market.

Lisa takes a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate, focusing on each client’s broader investment objectives and serving as a resource throughout the ownership lifecycle. She provides market insight and strategic guidance to help clients evaluate opportunities, position medical office properties and make informed decisions beyond an individual transaction.

Prior to commercial real estate, Lisa built a career in pharmaceutical sales working closely with physicians and healthcare professionals. She later became a business owner, gaining experience in operations, business development, marketing and client relationships. Her background in healthcare and entrepreneurship gives her relevant perspective when advising medical office owners and investors. Lisa joined Marcus & Millichap in 2025 and was recognized on the Emerging Core Top Agent Listing for the second quarter of 2026.
