Kyle Malin joined Marcus & Millichap's Baltimore office in 2021. As a long-time resident of Baltimore, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of its industrial, office, and retail markets.
Kyle earned an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware. Kyle is also a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) of Baltimore. When he’s not working with his clients, he enjoys playing golf, running, skiing, and snowboarding.
Kyle is currently licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
