Kevan McCormack

Kevan D. McCormack is responsible for managing client relationships and placing debt and equity transactions. Over his eighteen-year capital markets career, he has been involved in financing over $2B of commercial real estate, encompassing all property types. Kevan has been ranked as one of the “Top Financiers” in the market by The Dallas Business Journal. Kevan’s practice includes a focus on financing healthcare and senior living real estate assets throughout the United States.

He began his career as a Project Architect with O’Brien & Associates, Inc., a Dallas-based architecture and design firm specializing in retail, office, industrial, and hospitality property types.

Kevan received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved with National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care.
