Joe Santelli

Joe Santelli is a National Retail Investment Advisor with Marcus & Millichap. He focuses his efforts on putting the clients’ needs first to empower them to make the best business decisions regarding their real estate investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Santelli served as a top sales advisor and business developer for multiple Fortune 500 companies, with his notable achievements and highest-ranking awards including being named “Top Sales and Service Professional”. Santelli has contributed to the growth of several large-scale organizations resulting in a proven track record of performance. He also has a passion for entrepreneurship, which inspired him to launch two start-up companies that have reached international exposure. He is currently pursuing his MBA with a real estate concentration at Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and is a member of the Folsom Institute of Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. Santelli has also earned his CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. He graduated cum laude from Westfield State University in Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in marketing. His dedication to the growth and development of the community extend to his philanthropic interests, which include mentoring and volunteer coaching at The First Tee of Greater Dallas and serving as a student mentor with the Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E., a program designed to help underprivileged students in the Dallas Independent School District get into college. In his free time, he enjoys golf, photography, art museums, sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family.
