Jim Evans

Jim Evans has more than 35 years of transaction experience in the real estate investment brokerage community. Since the inception of Evans career in 1982 with Julien J. Studley, Inc., he has been responsible for leasing and sales transactions of over three million square feet valued at over $1 Billion.

Jim joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 and represents owners in the sale of multi-family, retail, office, and mixed-use investment properties with a core market specialization in the Bronx, Westchester, Hudson Valley, and Southern Connecticut. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Jim worked with NAI Friedland spearheading the sale of office properties, development sites, shopping centers, and residential buildings throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Jim has the market knowledge and transaction experience to successfully represent buyers and sellers. He earned a B.S. degree from NYU in Finance and Management. He lives in Pound Ridge NY and is married and has two boys.
