Jake Stammen

Jake Stammen is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office. Specializing in single-tenant net lease gas stations, he advises private investors, property owners and 1031 exchange buyers on the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties throughout Texas and across the country.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2021, Stammen has completed more than $100 million in transaction volume, focusing on gas station and convenience store assets. He has gained significant traction in a highly competitive market, notably selling more QuikTrip locations than any other agent nationwide for multiple consecutive years. Additionally, Jake has successfully listed and closed new construction properties for several of the largest 7-Eleven and Murphy USA developers in the country.

Known for a hands-on and proactive approach, Stammen works to maximize exposure for every listing through targeted marketing and relentless buyer outreach — a work ethic underscored by his earning the firm’s Top Dialer award in 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. A Dallas native, Stammen graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Professional Selling. His local market knowledge, industry relationships and specialized focus on net lease gas station investments allow him to provide strategic guidance to investors across the commercial real estate market.
