Jack Friskney is a director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office. He specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across central and northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Jack provides strategic investment advisory and brings a client-first approach to every transaction.

Since joining the firm in 2020, he has closed more than $50 million in commercial real estate transactions. Known for his accurate underwriting, valuation analysis and aggressive negotiation on behalf of clients, Jack delivers measurable value with a relentless commitment to service. He earned a degree in finance and real estate from Indiana University Bloomington.
