Jack Friskney

Jack Friskney is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private investors and apartment property owners on the acquisition and disposition of apartment assets throughout Indianapolis and surrounding Indiana and Michigan markets. Drawing on deep neighborhood expertise, Jack helps clients evaluate market opportunities, identify qualified buyers and sellers, and make informed investment decisions.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Jack has completed over 40 transactions totaling more than $104 million in sales. His experience includes advising clients on pricing strategies, market positioning and transaction execution, with a focus on helping investors maximize value and achieve their investment objectives. His knowledge of Indianapolis neighborhoods and local apartment market dynamics enables him to provide tailored guidance based on each client's goals.

Originally from Rome City, Indiana, Jack earned a bachelor’s degree and majored in finance and real estate at Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, he enjoys researching publicly traded companies, participating in weightlifting and fitness classes, and spending time outdoors.
