Ivan Prochko

Ivan Prochko is an investment sales advisor with the Ovaness-Rostamian Group at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in retail and net-leased commercial real estate across the Inland Empire and Southern California. Based in the firm’s Encino office, Ivan advises private investors, developers, and ownership groups on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties. As part of the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, he represents clients alongside a team that has facilitated more than $2.2 billion in real estate transactions.

His background combines institutional-level real estate education with formal brokerage training through one of the industry’s leading investment sales platforms. Ivan began his career through Marcus & Millichap’s highly selective SIP program and is currently part of the firm’s 2026 Emerging Core, an internal program designed to develop top-performing advisors. He also earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the USC Dollinger MRED, one of the nation’s most established and respected specialized real estate graduate programs.
