Ivan Prochko

Ivan Prochko is an Investment Associate with the Ovaness-Rostamian Group at Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office. Heis known for his expertise in urban real estate, including high-street retail, grocery-anchored shopping centers, single-net lease, and complex mixed-use development.

Ivan is a creative entrepreneur turned commercial real estate investment specialist with over ten years of experience in real estate advisory in New York City and California. His background in highly competitive urban retail markets such as New York City enables him to advise his clients effectively and efficiently to strategically navigate asset acquisition, disposition, and repositioning in even the most challenging market conditions.His focus areas are the West Side of Los Angeles and Riverside County.

Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Ivan led the "I Group Team," an advisory team at Keller Williams, New York City. With a master's level education in real estate development, including site analysis, valuation, retail design, and extensive urban retail experience, Ivan is particularly adept at sourcing value-add retail and mixed-use opportunities. Since 2005, Ivan has successfully transacted over 500,000 square feet of real estate in New York City and California.

Ivan holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California (USC), and he holds a bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from California State University Fullerton's (CSUF) College of Business and Economics. He continually educates himself in the industry to anticipate shifting trends and develop thoughtful solutions for his clientele. Ivan has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2019.
