Hayden Sieling

Hayden joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) as an Associate in January 2024 where he was involved in underwriting, marketing and closing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Hayden worked at Hamilton Realty Finance (HRF) in a similar capacity after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, Real Estate.

Hayden has capitalized multifamily, retail, office and industrial transactions, among others, spanning the entire capital stack and ranging in size from $500,000 to $80,000,000. In addition to Hayden’s comprehensive experience financing various asset types, he has worked with numerous capital providers including national and regional banks, life companies, CMBS lenders, REITs, debt funds and private equity groups to provide clients with financing solutions tailored to their business plan. Hayden has been involved in the closing of over $1 billion in transactions.
