Gabriel Paterson

Gabe Paterson is an investment associate and industrial specialist in the Tampa office focused on the Central Florida real estate market. Since coming to Marcus & Millichap, Gabe has proven himself to be a tenacious sales associate and is an expert in market fundamentals within his specialty, using these skills to maximize value for his clients. Recently, Gabe achieved the company's Pace Setter award, reserved for new agents meeting the highest standard of performance during their first 16 weeks in brokerage.

Gabe is a 2012 alumnus of The United States Air Force Academy and went on to earn his MBA from Washington State University. His professional career began with his active-duty commission in the U.S. Air Force where he went on to attain the rank of Major and spent 12 years as a pilot, primarily operating the C-17 Globemaster III around the world. He now lives with his family in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
