Gabriel Paterson

Gabe Paterson is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap in Tampa, Florida, specializing in industrial properties throughout Central Florida. He advises property owners and investors on industrial investment sales, representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Gabe served 12 years in the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of major and operating the C-17 Globemaster III worldwide. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from Washington State University. He lives in the greater Tampa Bay area with his family and remains committed to serving clients across Central Florida’s industrial market.
