Fraser Paddison has emerged as one of the industry’s leading retail leasing experts. Having worked at Cushman Wakefield, The Properties Group and Colonnade Bridgeport (formerly Colonnade), Fraser is now returning to his roots and is joining the retail leasing team at Marcus & Millichap’s Ottawa office.

Fraser’s exceptional market knowledge allows him to stay ahead of the always-changing retail environment. His close attention to detail results in carefully executed transactions in compliance with the overall strategy for each property thereby creating maximum value for his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Fraser worked on the retail leasing team for more than 8 years at Colonnade BridgePort and most recently as the Director of Retail Leasing.

As a respected leader in the retail leasing community, Fraser has moderated the 2018 and 2019 and was a panelist for the 2020 and 2021 Ottawa Real Estate Forum panels on Understanding the Ottawa Retail Market and sits on the board of directors for the Orleans Business Improvement Area (BIA). He is also a certified RECO professional, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and an alumnus of University of Ottawa.
