Frank M. Roti

Frank Roti is a medical office and government specialist in the firm's Chicago downtown office. As a Director and First Vice President of Investments, he exclusively has represented buyers and sellers of medical and government properties nationally. His clients range from individual investors and private syndicators to national REITS. Frank started with Marcus&Millichap in 2005 and has closed, over 500 real estate transactions valued at over $1 Billion during his career, along with his partner Brett Rodgers. The medical specialties sales have included various practices such as oncology centers, physical therapy, urgent care, dialysis centers, primary care, orthopedics, eye surgery centers and dentistry. The group frequently acts as advisors to owners, whether they are private investors, investment firms or physician groups, of medical buildings with how best to structure their leases and position the building to sell. Clients have found that their extensive transaction experience and access to real time national data, is of great value when assessing a disposition or investment strategy. The government specialty group sales have included social security, department of health and human services and various other federal and state departments, which keeps the group focused on national fundamental real estate trends.
In 2010, Frank along with his business partner Brett Rodgers, formed the Roti Rodgers Group within Marcus & Millichap. Together, they have successfully grown to a team of eight members covering most of the United States, with their sights on further expansion.

Promoted in 2015 to Vice President of Investments and again in 2016 to First Vice President of Investments. Today, he is a Director in the Office and Industrial Division and achieved membership into the Seven Figure Club with Marcus & Millichap.

Frank is a member of NAIOP, attended DePaul University in Chicago and holds a real estate license in Illinois.
